I focus on teaching proper body mechanics and balance to form the foundation players need to build upon
"I spent 14 years playing professionally in the top leagues across the US and Europe including the NHL, AHL, KHL, SHL and right here for the Adirondack Thunder in the ECHL.
Now I get to pass that knowledge on, and there's nothing better than watching a player implement something new and see it click. I have always had a passion with the skill side of the game- skating technique and puck skills. I teach hockey IQ and game habits which are details that make a difference.
